Here are the basic charges for renting our Event Space after hours.
Events are 4 hours maximum, including 30 minutes to set up before and 30 minutes to clean up after your party. Available hours are 1:30 to 8pm. Space Rental is $500. Bar Guarantee is $1000. WHICH MEANS…If your attendees are purchasing their own drinks and the total only comes to $700, then at the end of the party, the host will only owe the balance of $300+tip. You can either have us cater your event (separate charge) or you can have a licensed outside caterer, cater the party, with prepared food brought in. Outside Drinks and/or Alcoholic Beverages may NOT be brought in as we have a Liquor License. Depending on what you have in mind for catering, we can work with all budgets and build a menu that will work for you.
